Safety Measures

• Built-in Ammeter and dual Voltmeters for easy monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Overheat protection shuts down elevator hearth furnace if temperature is outside of acceptable range or when the thermocouple is broken or malfunctions
• Power failure protection resumes furnace operation right after the point of failure when power is reestablished
• Microprocessor based self-tuning PID control provides optimum thermal process with minimal overshoot

The bottom tray and circular electric lifting platform for 1700°C Elevator Furnace

• The bottom tray is composed of four layers of insulation materials from top to bottom, namely: corundum mullite support plate, alumina bubble brick, 1500 grade fiberboard and 1260 grade fiberboard.
• The furnace bottom is designed as a circular electric lifting platform, that is, a servo motor + module + lead screw electric lifting system
• The platform entrance is sealed
• Equipped with a foot control panel,the tray rises, falls and stops smoothly.

An exhaust gas secondary heating system and venting system for 1700°C Elevator Furnace

• The furnace top is designed with an exhaust gas secondary heating system and venting system
• The secondary heating system can filter the corrosive gas generated during the sintering process effectively.
• The filtered gas can be connected to the exhaust pipe in the factory to achieve safe gas discharging.

Technical Specifications

Application Notes

• Small cracks may appear on the surface over extended use. A normal occurrence and the cracks can be repaired with alumina coating.
• Please do not inject flammable, explosive or highly corrosive gases.
• For safety, please place the furnace in a ventilated place.
• The sample should be placed in a crucible, not directly in the chamber.
